Effective Date: 10 April 2026 At AstroFolk.com, we strive to provide valuable and accurate astrology services. Due to the nature of our offerings, the refund policy is as follows: 1. No Refund on Completed Services Once an astrology consultation, report, or service is delivered, no refund will be provided. Astrology is subjective and based on interpretations, so dissatisfaction is not eligible for refund. 2. Cancellation Policy If you cancel before the service has started, you may request a refund. Refund approval is at the discretion of AstroFolk. 3. Technical Issues If payment is deducted but service is not delivered, contact us within 48 hours. After verification, we will either: Provide the service, or Issue a refund 4. Duplicate Payments Any duplicate transaction will be refunded within 5–7 business days. 5.
